Call of Duty Modern Warfare Patches 1-7

a.) Download:  COD4_patches_1thru7.zip

b.) Extract the COD4_patches_1thru7.zip to your desktop
or a temporary folder.

1.) Copy the file iw3mp.exe to your COD folder
(Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare)
If prompted, replace the existing file.
2.) Run the COD4MW-12-PatchSetup.exe
3.) Run the COD4MW-13-PatchSetup.exe
4.) Run the COD4MW-1.4-PatchSetup.exe
5.) Run the COD4MW-1.4-1.5-PatchSetup.exe
6.) Run the COD4MW-1.6-PatchSetup.exe
7.) Run the COD4MW-1.6-1.7-PatchSetup.exe

Now you should be able to join any CoD4 server!
